What is Labour Tribunal?

- Labour Tribunal provides redress exclusively to nongovernmental employees.
What type of relief could be sought from a Labour Tribunal?
- Re-employment where the service of a workman has been terminated by his employer.
- Payment of gratuity to a workman of an Institution where the cadre is less than 15.
- Clarification as to whether the deprivation of gratuity has been correctly effected as per the Payment of Gratuity Act (Law).
